Knuckle join press
14 This type of presses brings to a ram motion extremely slow in the area of bottom dead centre, both before and after getting it.
Typical deformations definitely executed on a knuckle joint press are:

  • coining
  • flattening
  • embossing

As a matter of fact in all these operations the material must be free to plastically flow into the die.
Moreover Colombo Agostino offers custom optimised motion diagrams in compliance with the deformation to perform and with the stamping material.
